FAQ

When will I receive my order?

We strive to ship our orders within 2 working days. You will receive a e-mail from us as soon as your order has been posted. Packages are sent via PostNL. If the order is delayed for any reason, this will be communicated as soon as possible. For more information, please refer to article 2 in our general terms and conditions.

What are the online payment options?

Payment is possible via iDeal and Bancontact. Orders are shipped after they have been paid in advance. We use the “Mollie” payment system. This complies with all Guidelines for the security of internet payments, drawn up by the European Banking Authority. For more information, please refer to article 3 in our general terms and conditions.

How do I return my order?

The wall sticker can be returned provided it is unused and undamaged. Follow the return procedure and return your product within 14 days. For more information about returning the product, please refer to article 2 in our general terms and conditions.

What are the shipping costs?

In the Netherlands the shipping costs are €3.95 for Extra Small, Small and Medium stickers and €6.95 for Extra Large stickers. Do you order from the Netherlands for more than €60? Therefore your order will be delivered free of charge!

The following prices apply for international orders:

€ 6.00 for a letterbox envelope and € 9.80 for parcel post.

€ 6.00 for a letterbox envelope and € 12.60 for parcel post.

To keep our shipping costs as low as possible, we don’t offer a track and trace code for the orders.

My order has been damaged, what now?

Fine Forest makes every effort to package and ship orders with the utmost care. Unfortunately, it occasionally happens that an item does not pass the shipping process undamaged. If you want to report a damaged product, you must report this within 48 hours of receiving your order. Send an email to info@fineforest.nl. Only fully submitted claims can be handled by Fine Forest. For the correct handling of claims, the customer must provide us with the following evidence:

  • Some clear photos of the damaged product
  • A photo of the shipping packaging
  • A (number of) photo(s) of the protective material and filling material used
  • An order number
  • A photo of the product, with the used protective material and padding material in the shipping packaging, which clearly shows that the product has been carefully packed by us.

Can I have a custom illustration made?

For business customers it is possible to discuss a special request. For example, do you want an animal in a special size or do you want to have a custom design made? Please contact info@fineforest.nl for a quotation. We will take up the assignment with our graphic design agency Studio Mooijman en Mittelberg.

I would like a wall sticker in a special format. Is this possible?

It is possible to discuss a special request in terms of format. Please contact info@fineforest.nl for a custom quote. Please specify the desired animal and size.

Can I reuse my wall sticker?

Once the sticker has been removed, it is not possible to reuse the wall sticker. After removal, the adhesive layer of the wall sticker is no longer strong enough so that it can be (re)used in another spot.
