We can pass on your data to our partners. These partners are involved in the implementation of the agreement and may under no circumstances use data for purposes other than those stated by us. The safe processing of your data is guaranteed by a processor agreement between Fine Forest and the partner. Social media buttons are included in our webshop. These buttons only provide a link and do not pass on any personal data to third parties.

Cookies

When you visit our webshop for the first time, a banner is displayed in which we explain why we use cookies. Fine Forest uses 1st and 3rd party cookies. We consider subsequent use of our webshop as permission for the use of cookies. You are free to disable cookies through your internet browser. Keep in mind that it is possible that our website will no longer work optimally.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to keep track of how visitors use our website. We have entered into a processor agreement with Google to make agreements about the handling of our data. Furthermore, we have not allowed Google to use the information obtained for other Google services. We also anonymize the IP addresses.

Security

We take security measures to limit misuse and unauthorised access to personal data.

Retention periods

The personal data will be kept for as long as necessary to process your order(s), including warranty, unless there is a legal obligation that requires longer storage (such as the fiscal retention obligation).
